James Roberts brings over 18 years of experience in commercial insurance, claims management, and sales leadership. His expertise lies in helping small to mid-sized businesses—especially in construction, manufacturing, and professional services—secure tailored risk management solutions that evolve with their growth.
Before co-founding TrueSpan, James led successful sales teams and built profitable books of business at leading agencies including IMA, USI, and AAA Washington. He also spent over a decade in leadership roles at Walmart, managing national claims training and compliance operations.
James holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Ethics and an MBA in International Business. Known for his steady leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking, James helps TrueSpan clients protect their businesses with clarity and confidence.

Maggie Roberts is a nationally recognized client success leader with over 20 years of experience in SaaS implementation, health & risk analytics, and enterprise project delivery. At TrueSpan, Maggie leads client onboarding, retention, operations, and technology—ensuring a seamless experience from quote to renewal.
She has managed $100M+ ARR portfolios, deployed enterprise compliance systems, and received the FBI Director’s Award for her work dismantling an international fraud network. Her background includes leadership roles at companies like SimpleLegal, Caesars Entertainment, Microsoft, and Walmart.
Maggie holds a Master’s in Security & Intelligence Studies, is a Certified Criminal Analyst, and has certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Known for her adaptability and process excellence, she’s the operational backbone behind TrueSpan’s high-touch, high-tech service model.
